Introduction: -

• Cast Iron single piece ball valve is designed to cater the needs of industry for trouble free & long lasting services. Single piece design facilitates the quick replacement of PTFE Rings or S.S. Ball if required so. Close-tolerances & finishing is maintained for the better performance and less torque is required to operate the value. Non-blow off spindle gives the maximum safety for the operators.

  Design: -

• 'HM' Cast Iron Ball Valves are single piece design, floating S.S. 304 ball & PTFE Rings, PTFE Gland Packing on both the sides of SS 410 stem. Quarter turn, lever operated (M.S. Flat Lever with sleeve for and up to 40MM and C.I. Lever with 'C' Class extension pipe with locking facility for higher sizes.

  End Connections: -

• 'HM" Cast Iron Ball Valves are manufactured to BS10 Table 'F' and BSP Screwed Ends.

• Any other type of flange connection may be supplied if required by the customer.

  Hydraulic Testing: -

• Body Testing – 500 Psig (34 kg/cm²)

• Seat Test Pressure – 300 Psig (20 kg/cm²)

• Maximum working Pressure - 200 Psig (14 kg/cm² (at 40º C)

• Temperature Range - 10º to 200º C

  Finishing: -

• 'HM' Cast Iron Ball Valves are spray painted with best quality industrial primers & paints for a sparking & long lasting finish. Paint facility is available in-house.

  Warrantee: -

• 100% Leak Proof against the working pressure.

• 100% warrantee of workmanship.

• Free replacement against any manufacturing defect found within six months of operation or 1 year from the date of supply (whichever is earlier) provided the same is returned to us without misuse & careless handling
